💥 Powers:

Vibing Cisco gets visions of alternate places and/or times, even seeing events unfold on alternate planes of existence. He likens these visions to feelings, or "vibes." He has developed the ability, with assistive tech, to bring other people into his vibes, and send messages through them. Mostly, this power is akin to clairvoyance/premonition.
Breaches Cisco can open up wormholes between parallel universes. (Currently this power is nerfed so as to allow him to breach between two places on Earth, but not between universes.)
Sonic Punch Cisco's newest, and therefore weakest/most unreliable power, he can generate concussive blasts of vibrations, strong enough to knock a person off their feet. His Earth-Two doppleganger could use these blasts at will, but Cisco is still learning how to harness them, and usually requires special gauntlets in order to channel the punches.

each pellet contains a liquid that, once it comes into contact with its target, expands, adheres, and solidifies, gluing the target in place. the foam dissolves in about 1-2 hours.
